G eneral Terms and Conditions
We carry out events exclusively on the basis of our general terms and conditions.
Deviating conditions of our customers are only effective for us if they have been agreed with us in writing in individual cases.
Our terms and conditions also apply to bookings made by phone, email or our website.
By placing the order, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions.
Children 0-2 years: free of charge
Children 3-14 years: half price
from 14 years: full price
Offer, order, invoice
Our offers are non-binding.
Orders are only considered agreed if you have received and signed a written order confirmation from us.
All prices shown are net plus 19% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Legal, temporary changes will be adjusted accordingly!
On Sundays and public holidays we add a surcharge of 15% to the total amount.
As far as catering is done by us, we mainly work with products from the region. Not all raw materials are always available. We therefore reserve the right to exchange equivalent products.
House rules & liability
We are not responsible for the cloakroom! Every guest hangs up their own jacket!
Please think of your children! The complete responsibility and duty of supervision for the entire pigsty area (INSIDE & OUTSIDE) lies with you! We cannot take care of your children!
Damages caused by disregard will be billed to you!
Please do not throw or sprinkle rice, confetti or artificial flower petals (or similar) inside or outside! Cleaning fee for it 150.00 € / net (higher depending on the effort).
When using air rifles, you are responsible for safety yourself!
Please do not light any fireworks or other burning elements inside or outside!
You pay completely yourself for any damage!
The complete decoration in the pigsty (except for fresh flowers that you have ordered) is our personal property without restriction! It would be nice if everything stays in its place and there are no additional costs for you.
Thefts are punishable by law.
After the end of the event, please take with you all DJ accessories, buffet leftovers, presents and other equipment that you have brought yourself or rented externally - collection on the following day is not possible!
We are not responsible for the way home. Please organize or book taxis & shuttle service yourself in advance! (No regular taxi service in the evening at the train station). For reasons of liability we do not accept taxi bookings in the evening.
On request, we can pack leftover food from your buffet for you. We are not responsible for Quality and condition of leftover food.
Due to Corona, a list of participants must be submitted for security reasons before the start of the event! With the order confirmation, the client confirms that the room is rented and celebrated at his own risk ! You are responsible for ensuring that you and your guests comply with the Corona Rules then in effect.
Safety & hygiene
The pigsty is video-monitored for your and our safety.
All current hygiene requirements are implemented in good faith.
Terms of payment
We charge a deposit of € 100 / gross to reserve the pigsty. These will be deducted from the final invoice when the order is placed. If the reservation is canceled, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
Subsequent bills (every additional hour after the flat rate) are charged at € 10 / net per person and hour or at least € 200 / net per hour.
The number of people, which is named at least 3 days in advance (fluctuations up to 10%), is binding for the invoice.
If catering is booked through us, it can only be changed up to 14 days before the event date! The respective caterer terms and conditions apply separately.
The actual invoice amount is payable within 14 days of the invoice being issued.
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 1 month before the agreed date by the customer. Any costs already incurred for external services (e.g. DJ, artist, etc.) are excluded from this and will be invoiced depending on the effort.
In the event of cancellation 10 days before the agreed date, the total value will be charged. In the event of cancellation between 11 and 30 days before the day of the event, 50 percent of the order amount will be invoiced.
If other trades or services have been commissioned on our part on the basis of orders placed and cancellation costs are incurred or other costs have been incurred in direct connection, such as planning, procurement and / or organizational costs, we can bill you for these.
We are entitled to withdraw from the contract if there are hindrances in the procurement of raw materials as well as events of force majeure (e.g. transport difficulties, official orders, strikes, lockouts, operational disruptions, lack of energy, traffic disruptions). Claims for damages are excluded in this case.
